If I was rating solely based on food I'd give it 4*. But when a $6 pint of Guiness is served half full (half stout + half foam) and the "bartender" blames it on a faulty tap, 0* is generous. No offer of another beer or top-off of the glass. Wait-staff is also very young and unprofessional.
My advice get food to go and drink somewhere else.
